GHD Digital has made an application to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for the lands located at 455 Phillip Street.

The application considers an amendment to the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a two-storey office building fronting Phillip Street.

The subject land is currently designated as "Business Corridor" in the Official Plan.

You are invited to attend a Public Meeting under the Planning Act for this application. This meeting will use a hybrid model, allowing members of Council, staff, and the public to participate remotely or in person at City Hall. This meeting will be held on:
